Nobody said it was easy. But they're airlifting 2 ton sandbags by

NO. The Bush Administration has once again demonstrated its inability to
focus and handle a major league crisis.

Oh, is the Bush administration in charge in New Orleans. Yesterday Rice was
questioned about whether or not the federal government was going to take over
the operation. Her answer was that it was 'under discussion'.

Does that ignorant klutz of a mayor appear to one to step aside and let someone
with some sense take over?
