![]() "Harry Krause" wrote in message ... Bush's flunky director of Homeland Security said a half hour ago that the situation in the Superdome was under control. The mayor of New Orleans said just the opposite a couple of minutes ago, issuing what he called a "desperate SOS" for immediate help there and in surrounding areas RIGHT NOW. Who do you believe? I believe the mayor of New Orleans and the Governor of Louisiana let their people down due to poor planning, and even worse after-action response...and are now beginning to panic because they don't have an answer to correct for their inadequacies. |

The mayor is a joke. Didn't you just start a thread stating "I just have to say, after listening to the mayor of New Orleans, that he has impressed me tremendously!" "Rudy Giuliani, watch out!" I guess this is the result of binary thinking. |
