I believe the mayor of New Orleans and the Governor of Louisiana let their
people down due to poor planning, and even worse after-action
response...and
are now beginning to panic because they don't have an answer to correct
for
their inadequacies.


Those two are the most incompetent people around..............what idiot
annouced that the police where not concerned with looting, but only
concerned with rescues........they might have well said "Go ahead and loot"
