It is three days after the hurricane, and we're not doing any better for those in the most need than the government of Bangladesh might do? Two days ago, there was a huge convoy of trucks that left Canada with relief supplies for New Orleans. That convoy arrived today in Louisiana. This is a group of Mennonite farmers from Ontario that has for years had a warehouse of supplies, ready, in case of need. This same group of very simple people sent many containers of relief supplies to Thailand after the Tsunami. Jim |
