It's the law here, too, Don. But still....I see these poor shmucks out
in all kinds of weather, bent into the wind, rain and snow, trying to
pick up dog **** with a napkin, and I wonder what holes in their lives
are filled by these hideous pets. Imagine what a country this would be
if our govmint took a tenth of the cash we're wasting in Iraq, and
provided mental health services for dog owners.

In the movie "Monty Python and the Holy Grail", do you recall the scene
with the peasants kneeling in a field, pointlessly slogging gobs of mud
from one place to another? :-) Future dog owners.

If those owners clued in, they would buy a good 'pooper scooper'.
I bought a cheaper version, but it lasted out two dogs. No way I was
taking a chance soiling my hands with doggie doo.
note: I could use the grocery store plastic bags with mine...rather
than the expensive original equipment variety.

If you had even a little common sense, you'd
realize where your type of
behavior leads. At the very least, you wind up in
a living hell, with
angry neighbors keying each others cars, smashing
windows, and taking
each other to court. And sometimes you find that
the neighbor who's
dog you poisoned is a whacko too and he responds
with physical violence
and someone winds up dead.

I have a hate-hate relationship with dogs. Too
many years of
trying to vaporize the ones that thought my garden
was an outhouse. I can't
understand why anyone would put up with their
smell, their hair, their
noise, and having to walk the silly animals when
it's 6 degrees outside
(assuming they walk them, as opposed to letting
them roam free).

We always found it very enjoyable walking our dog. In the bad weather
they get you up off the comfy sofa at least twice a day and help you get
much needed exercise.

Don, you're responding to my shadow, the guy who wishes he was me. :-) But
still....if it requires a dog to tow you off the couch, you need more than a
dog. :-)

Last night, I put some leftovers out for the neighborhood critters. Yjr
possum showed up first, snatched a piece of salmon, and ran into the
woods. The raccoons took off with some leftover Italian bread, and our
beautiful fox made two trips, for two large meatballs.

No poops on the lawn, plenty of entertainment, no fights.

Indoors, we have cats. The only time they leave the house is for the
annual vet visit. They like to watch the outdoor critters from their
window perches.

Of course you have. Look at the formatting, and then the headers, etc etc.
It's the guy who can't get him mommy to spread her legs for him often
enough, so in his free time, he does what you've seen here.
