Probably a blockage in the pee hole. How much water flows out when you have
the wash hose connector hooked up? You can also pull the hose off the pee hole and see if there is good flow. Otherwise maybe a bad impeller. "frank wight" wrote in message oups.com... Howdy, I took an 8 horse engine out for three hours in the salt water. I hooked it up to a drum of fresh water but can't seem to get a steady stream of water to come out of the cooling duct. Instead i get a dribble. Am I doing something wrong on the maintenance of this brand new motor (less than 20 hours)? It's a Yamaha? |
