Default Hurricane Owners - HELP!

Hello!

I recently purchased a 2000 Hurricane Fun Deck 228R and love it
except...

Getting it on the trailer can be a BEAR!

Here are some facts:

Trailmaster 2000 bunk trailer tandem axle surge brakes.

When loaded, bow eye rests just below winch roller.

When launching, I back trailer in until the stern just floats
Any floating of the boat changes the angle of the bow such that the
horizontal portion of the bow hangs up on the winch roller..

When loading, the bow(forward edge of bow platform) strikes the winch
roller head on, further winching finds the winch roller riding rather
heavily against the underside of the bow platform until it finds its
home above the bow eye.

The problem is relieved if I keep the trailer further out of the water,
this, however, causes me to winch the boat quite far onto the bunks.
Even when I pre-dip the bunks I get nervous at the amount of force I'm
applying to get the vessel loaded, my fear is pulling out the bow
eye(is this valid?)

Any help or advice is much appreciated!
