I remember that song although I was nine years old in 1958. I dug out
my Time Life 'Rock & Roll Era' CDs but on the 1958 one, the only
summertime tune is 'Summertime Blues' by Eddie Cochran. I always liked
the catchy sumertime songs right up to the one Cheryl Crow had out a
couple of years ago.
