I have a Bayliner Capri 1950 built in 1989 with a Ford 351 Wndsor 5.8 ltr V8 250hp in it

My questions are as follows

1. Where in the UK can i get spares for it? ie Oil, Air, Fuel filters, Spark plugs
2. Where in Scotland can i get it serviced?
3. If i was to change the engine what would be a good alternative to fit in it?
( Volvo,Mercruiser etc ) I don't need anything super fast as i use it mainly for sea fishing with the wife and kids and fuel is expensive in the uk
