Do you understand the concepts of "jurisdiction" and "constitutional limits" on federal law enforcement? Who said federal law enforcement was involved in this? No link to the story has been posted (although requested) and we are relying on Kevin's interpretation of something he read. Who said I "read" it, Jim? I heard it, along with two other people, on WSB radio. It hasn't hit the papers yet. And no, federal law inforcement wasn't involved, as far as I know. Larry Larry, for you information and clarification, I never said that losing an eye is a joke. I do, however, think that being branded a terrorist because the kids were shooting at cars with a Daisy BB gun IS a joke. Could you please provide a link to the story you are referring to Kevin. For some strange reason I don't trust your *interpretation* of it. ;-) Then why are you going on and on about it? It will probably be in the paper tomorrow, and I'll post it. I heard it this morning on WSB radio. You might check there. By the way, I'll ask again, when I prove to you through Clams that I'm NOT Kevin Noble, will you be a man and apologize? |

Funny, I keep asking but you don't answer, will you apologize when you find out that I'm not really Kevin Noble? Or, aren't you man enough to admit that you were wrongly informed by your circle jerk? Another oddity, JohnH nor Fritz has answered that very same question yet.....hmmm..... |

WSB's Veronica Waters reports a mailman escaped injury when two boys, 13 and 14, shot up his truck with an air rifle Monday. But Cherokee Sheriff's Spokeswoman Nicole Ebbeskotte says detectives are still hoping to get x-rays which might help determine what injured a 14-year-old girl who was hit in the head as she rode in the car with her mom on Ball Ground Highway June 8. "Because of the way it struck the juvenile, we are not able to get full access to the projectile," Ebbeskotte tells WSB. "So we might not ever know if it was truly a bullet or what it actually was." Police haven't found the weapon the 15-year-old suspect allegedly used in the girl's shooting, though he is reportedly cooperating with the investigation. All three teens are charged with terroristic acts, and were released into their parents' custody. Thursday, 16 June 2005 |

Who the hell said it had anything to do with local authorities? I take it that you don't even understand the what in, and the workings of, the Homeland Security act????? Hint: Local authorities can arrest people for terroristic acts UNDER the Homeland Security act. It is a not a "local" law. |

I looked and looked, but could find nothing in the story relating to the Department of Homeland Security. Did I miss something? Are the Cherokee County police an undercover unit of DHS?
