Man, I'm sure glad that BushCo has spent millions on the Homeland
Security Act. First, they got those pesky terrorists who were such
blatant evil-doers that they were selling downloads of Star Wars on
the internet! Now, a couple of young boys in northern GA were arrested
for "terroristic acts". What were they doing? They were sitting on a
small hill by a state hwy. and took a couple of shots at passing cars
with a Daisy BB gun! Whew, if not for Homeland Security, those
terrible, nasty terrorists would still be free.

I don't know about the star wars stuff but my uncle had his eye shot
out with a bb gun. He now has a glass eye. I find no innocence in
shooting at cars with a bb gun. It isn't a joke when you lose an eye.

Do you understand the concepts of "jurisdiction" and "constitutional
limits" on federal law enforcement?

Who said federal law enforcement was involved in this? No link to the
story
has been posted (although requested) and we are relying on Kevin's
interpretation of something he read.

Who said I "read" it, Jim? I heard it, along with two other people, on
WSB radio. It hasn't hit the papers yet. And no, federal law
inforcement wasn't involved, as far as I know. BUT, the charge of
terroristic threat IS from the Homeland Security Act.

ROTFLMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Uh, get a grip, Jim. Now, slowly, what part of the above do you not
believe? Funny, I keep asking but you don't answer, will you apologize
when you find out that I'm not really Kevin Noble? Or, aren't you man
enough to admit that you were wrongly informed by your circle jerk?
Another oddity, JohnH nor Fritz has answered that very same question
yet.....hmmm.....
