LOL, I suggest you go back and read the article at Snopes. Hint, the gray
boxed article is what is later proven false.

A launcher that has fired the round is not loaded. An RPG launcher holds
only one round. So Kerry shot an unarmed, wounded soldier. Sounds like
courage to me!

Of course there can be weekly substance abuse screens, and they can be
random.

Is Bush tested? Doubtful. But he ought to be. He's an alcholic and
