Could be TC, but I doubt it. I wonder if you have a good fuel delivery?
like make sure theres no crap int he tank that could be cloggint the
fuel filter on the tank end of the line. also, you may have some type
of a gasket leaking. two strokes are really critical about proper
vacuum.

another thing, are you using last years fuel? it could have turned to
shelac on you as it doesn't keep well like int he "good old days" and
your carbs could be gummed again.

outside of that, I'm lost
