One heck of a storm on the Bay...
"Harry.Krause" wrote in message ... ...today. Huge waves (for the Bay), breaking near shore, at least five footers, 25 to 35 knot winds, very high tides, and a number of streets in the Chesapeake Beach area are flooding over. Lots of broken tree branches on the roads. A real nor'easter. Herring's probably out in it, trolling for that big striper. Is it heading toward Montauk? A friend's there for a few days, unwinding. I was hoping she'd get sample of everything Montauk has to offer, including "Jeezus ****ing christ - there goes the beach chair!" |
