It is over 300 lbs. No way to lift it by hand. If you could back right up
to it you might lean it over against the tailgait and then lift the lower unit and slide it in. Just make sure it is on a blanket or something that will protect the lower part of the cowling that does not remove. Even then you stand a good chance of breaking the lower part of the cowl.
