No, we don't need *any* insulting. I didn't insult basskisser in my response to
his insult. I pointed out that I had apologized for bad behavior.

As to your contention above, did you purposely omit yourself from the list of
those who participate in the 'incessant trading of insults'? (Just asking, mind
you.) I do agree that the trading of insults serves no purpose.
