I saw them a few years ago; they put on a terrific show. All the icons of
rock are aging and dying, I'm afraid.

I'm going to see Dylan and Willie Nelson next month. There aren't many
popular music acts I'll go see. Bonnie Raitt is another oldie but goodie.

If you have a chance to see Hot Tuna (Jorma Kaukonen & Jack Casady), or
Jorma alone or in ANY incarnation, DO IT. He was here back in February with
Casady, playing a small venue - an old German community center where they
were no more than about 75 feet from anyone in the audience. Absolutely
remarkable show. Started with an acoustic set (with some background bass
from Jack, a la their first live album), and finished with an electric set.
