yeah John, I know.
I have had stupid-bowl shoved up my asterisk unitl I am sick of it. Herr Mayor and cronies have raised taxes to rebuild the bold new sewer of the south to host the damn thing next year. Of course, a lot of the money found its way into Herr Mayor's (daddy's) oil, concrete, construction, and retail corporations. Nothing I can do abouot it though except put up with another 12 months of misery. Regards, Capt. Frank John Gaquin wrote: "Capt. Frank Hopkins" wrote in I think its going to be a l-o-n-g year.... Hey....are youse suggestin that there might be some kinda malfeasance
between da mayor and the holy construction industry? I hope not, 'cause youse could end up closely linked wit da cement business, if youse not careful. "Capt. Don't know if Kerry was your choice, but he's the one I'd have picked. I would have liked to see Edwards get a better turnout, at the expense of Clark (especially) and Dean. But, all in all you guys did pretty good. John H On the 'Poco Loco' out of Deale, MD on the beautiful Chesapeake Bay! |

From what I saw Edwards got a lot of write in votes on the VP side of the ballot. And let's face it, to have a prayer of carrying the south, Damn Yankees like Kerry or Dean will need his ass in the VP slot. To me that's a no-brainer. -W "John H" wrote in message ... What's fascinating to ponder as the primary season develops is this: in both Iowa and NH, Al Gore took a slap with each percentage point that Dean faded. Likewise in NH, Gen. Clark, the Clintons' stalking horse, went nowhere at all. In essence, the top echelon of the Democrat Party has thus far been repudiated by Democrat voters. Many states to go, but an interesting start. |
