Opinions: Suzuki DT55 low comp

My 1985 Suzuki DT 55 outboard has only 85 to 90 lbs on all cylinders. If the
bores are clean can a lite honing and new rings bring the compression back ?
I'd like to avoid broing oversize cause of the cost. Who has good prices on
rings?? Here in Canada things are pretty expensive.
