Now, if only we all aren't blown away before I get my order in, it arrives, get planted and produces results! We haven't gotten any 'seed' catalogs (fruits & veggies) but we have gotten some nice nursery (trees/other plants) catalogs. Amazing the type of growth that some of them state about their tree seedlings. Oh, we get the tree/plant catalogs, too, but Burpee seems to be among the first. We buy our trees and bushes from local garden shops. There's one up near Annapolis called Homestead that is topnotch. But veggie seeds and some flower seeds I buy from Burpee, and have for 50 years. I don't do a veggie garden. I don't have the patience for it. Besides, I can buy the produce cheap from the locals and the wife puts stuff up for the long term - no fuss, no muss and the costs are about the same. :) Later, Tom |
