The big story out of Iraq is that the newly elected government is on the
verge of selecting a *moderate* Shiite Muslim who "supports women's rights,
including the right to be the president or prime minister, as well as
self-determination and individual freedoms for all Iraqis."

Now you don't really expect the truth to come out of the Washington Post, do
you? To get the real story, one must read the Washington Times, considered too
'right' by some here because it is not liberal.

Being fair and balanced extracts a heavy toll.
