BTW: I am here for the same reason you are, including the time you spent
here when you were boatless.

Wrong for the 1042nd time! I have owned a boat every minute I've belonged
to this group.
At least you are consistent in one endeavor........consistently wrong.

I am not surprised. You indeed fit right in to the typical profile of
the
of the Hellifux, Canaduh population.

Hellifux, Canaduh....indeed.

Plan on getting a boat this year..........will you be doing any boating?
Why are you here?

We will be getting a boat in about 6 or 7 years when we buy our
retirement
house on the water. Until then we are taking a break from boat
ownership.

Last year we were out on the water on friends boats a dozen or so times.
I
expect the same this coming season.

Thanks for asking.

Fine. Let me know when you get up to 25 years of boat ownership. Then we
can talk.

Where are you considering buying that house on the water? I'm
semi-looking at Solomon's Island, Maryland, in a few years.

Sounds good. Solomons is a little place where the Patuxent River meets
the Chesapeake Bay. It's an island only by virtue of a large ditch and
small bridge, but it's nice and close to some pretty good fishing on
the Bay.

Hope it all works.

Yours also sounds nice. Will you have your own private dock on your
property? How many feet of water frontage?

I won't be able to afford water frontage unless it's well up the
Patuxent River. Then I'd be spending all my time getting to the bay.
I'm considering a house inland with the boat in a marina close to the
mouth of the Patuxent.

Indeed it was an Indian habitat in 1776. =A0 The Erie, Chippewa, Ottawa
and
Delaware tribes made their home here.
Cleveland is now home to world renowned and first class medical
providers, fine arts museums, colleges, sports teams and amusement
parks. It is located on the southern shores of Lake Erie, providing
boating, fishing and swimming activities. Additionally it is the home of
the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and has often been listed as one of the
top 100 places to live.
You and Harry are obviously quite ignorant about what Cleveland has to
offer. But that is not unexpected. ;-)

Cleveland is also the home of the late, great Jacob Saperstein......

As for Cleveland, I've been there. It used to have a first-class

The only Saperstein who rings a bell with me is Abe Saperstein, the
sportsman and founder of the Globetrotters. But Abe was a Brit...

Yep, we've all heard of Abe Saperstein. Jacob Saperstein was the founder
of American Greetings Corp. I met him on 2 occasions. He was almost
100 years old at the time.
