Be carefull w/ putting a lot of hp into a boat that was not designed for it.
I/O type boats - if overpowered - will run sideways due to the torque of the engine. The boat is just not designed hull wise for a big hp/torque power plant. They come w/ V8 but at about 250 hp or so.
