As for the rest, I founded my engineering company on my kitched table 12
years ago. I provide employment for 21 engineers, a secretary, 4 draftsmen,
and 1 field construction manager. My company has revenues in excess of 4
million per year. I do not discriminate regardless of race, color, or creed.
I have a very mixed staff of people, all hard working and loyal to the
business. In the 12 years the company has been in business, only 1 has left
for employment elsewhere. My turnover rate is extremely low which indicates
that the people are well treated and satisfied with their work.

I pay 100% of their health care insurance. I have the exact same insurance
coverage as my employees. I do not dicriminate on their pay, each is paid
for the particular skills that they have. Profit sharing is done by the
company contributing to their 401k plans.

In short, Harry, I don't think you are in a position to cast stones at me. I
don't have a 35' lobster boat though.
