US election too important to leave in hands of Americans
 

Considering the effect the US administration has on the rest of the world
and especially her next door neighbours here in North America, I propose
that Canadians and Mexicans be given some kind of 'weighted' vote.
That is...each Canadian/Mexican citizen would have 'half' a vote vs US
citizens full vote. I feel the election is too important to leave in
American hands.
note: some issues .... environment, missle defence, trade etc.

With all of the foreign money that was behind Kerry's campaign, you guys
already had a "weighted" vote...and you still came up 3.6 million votes

Better yet, just close your border and we will close ours. US companies
doing business in Canada will be ordered to leave your Country. We will
let the world know that you are no longer our ally and will not defend you
if you are attacked.. We will not accept any of your citizens in US
hospitals. We will not sell you any of our goods nor will we buy anything
from you. We will not subsidize you in any way.

You need us far more than we need you. Without us, you are nothing.

That can be arranged...all you have to do is apply for Statehood in the
United States of America. Should only take about 20 to 30 years for us to
decide whether or not to let you join. (My vote is NO).

You stupid jackass. You'd better check with all those people in the
Northeast who need our hydro electricity to keep the lights burning and all
the northern Americans who might freeze without our natural gas. Or do you
care...considering they are 'blue states'?

term...right after we annex Canada.
