repair facility reccomendation

I am looking for a repair facility or person in the Annapolis MD area who
can do a list of general maintenance does anyone have any recommendations?

The boat is a 1988 Carver 27 ft.

small delaminating areas, replace swim platform,
new rub rail, basic wiring, ect
