Default OT--Still wanna make Iraq and the War on terrorism an issue?

And less damage would have been done to the country than Bush and
Ashcroft have done already.

Looks like the courts have finally weighed in on the side of the Bill of
Rights and the Constitution today though, smacked the Reichshouse right
between the columns.

You extremists always lose in the end, NOYB. Unfortunately you destroy
so much before you finally pack it in. Get thee to a library history
section, you will see your past and your future.

*TWO* members of the 2nd US Court of Appeals launched an initial volley
today. It won't stand.

We'll see. The Padilla issue is far from over. The White House will likely
get an emergency stay granted. Then either: (a) the full 2nd USCOA will
hear the matter...instead of just 3 of its members, or (b) the US Supreme
Court will hear it. Either way, the liberals will lose on this one once it
all plays out. Just watch!

In terms of criminality and terror, Capone was a piker compared to Bush.
