Looks like the courts have finally weighed in on the side of the Bill of
Rights and the Constitution today though, smacked the Reichshouse right

We'll see. The Padilla issue is far from over. The White House will likely
get an emergency stay granted. Then either: (a) the full 2nd USCOA will
hear the matter...instead of just 3 of its members, or (b) the US Supreme
Court will hear it. Either way, the liberals will lose on this one once it
all plays out. Just watch!
