It is Goa'uld - the language of the System Lords (modeled after the
Ancient Egyptian Gods and other famous characters of myth and lore).
They are part of the story line of "Stargate: SG1".

If you have some time to kill, here's a good site for you to use
translating Goa'uld to English. :)
