trying to carry out the constitutional process of certifying the
presidential electoral college votes? Were the rioters incited by the
POTUS in an attempt to overturn his election defeat?

None of that excuses mob violence of course, no matter where and why
it happens. I'm also thinking that Portland needs to make a concerted
effort to identify and arrest some of these hooligans. I suspect
they've got a hard core group of repeat offenders that should be dealt
with.

It may give you some personal comfort to draw parallels between the
Portland riots and Trump's capitol insurrection, but most people
recognize that there is a huge difference. I do think that Portland
needs to start taking names and kicking ass however.

Totally missed the point. The comparison was between two liberal outlets and a
more centrist outlet. The liberal outlets just skip over real news that doesn't
support an anti-conservative position.
