do when you are on executive branch property but out in the world
perhaps a governor could but not the federal government. (10th

I know, Greg. That's my point. Trump caught holy hell for not mandating mask
wearing nationwide. CNN and every liberal 'journalist' in the country were down
on him because he wouldn't do what he couldn't do.
Funny how CNN never mentioned that the states have their own powers.
