The problem arises for these lawyers when they try to argue their bull**** in front of a judge. Sadly, there are still judges who believe it. Sad, court shopping is common. The Repubs brought the court cases, ergo, they picked the courts... Was not referring to just the Republicans. To court shopping in general. Why are so many class action suits taken to Texas courts? Not all courts are equal. |
