organize such an effort in a short time, let alone do it successfully.

It's the job of the federal government to *assist* state governments in
emergency situations.

Cuomo is doing a good job overall.Â* Others, not so much.

legally intervene in times of crisis to handle what needs to be handled.

Watching you Trump supporters defend Trump's lies and bull**** about the
CORONA-19 crisis is like watching a battered wife whose husband beats
