Haven't done a brisket yet. So far the pork shoulder has been the biggest
chunk of anything put on
there. Might buy and try a brisket this weekend. I'd hate to screw up a
$40 chunk of beef though.


Brisket was a cheap cut of meat. Now a days, meat pricing is really
weird. I bought black angus T-bone steak on sale a week ago for $4.99 a
pound. Brisket was $8.


Kind of like flank. Fajita's ran it's price up.
