Bernie is not a Democrat. I wouldn't vote for him and neither would many
Dems.

Why not? He seems to advocate for of all of your favorite socialist
programs. Is he not beholden to the right people?

*Bernie is not a Democrat.*

That's why not.

Sheesh.

So you really are a yellow dog democrat, even when you are throwing a
true liberal under the bus because he won't put a D next to his name.
He caucuses with the democrats and votes with them pretty much 100%

I don’t vote for republicans or third party candidates in federal elections
or state elections.

Well that should save you from putting a lot of thought into it.

What amazes me is how the Republicans and their pundits are
proclaiming that 80 percent or more of the population will benefit
from a tax cut
due to the Tax Cut and Jobs Act while at the same time the Democrats
and their pundits are proclaiming that 80 percent of the population
will receive a tax hike.

Even CNN has this tool to see what you will save. I tried a variety of
scenarios and *all* resolved in a cut. Mine is far less than the middle
class as it's defined...

http://www.cnn.com/2017/12/13/politi...ill/index.html

Looks like I save 3.1%

After tax income goes up 2.4% here but ~$2500 is better than a poke in
the eye with a sharp stick. It is not as good as the $3k I guessed
tho.

There's nothing much to think about in Republicans. They are against
just about everything that was decent about the United States as it
related to the health, welfare, environment, safety of its citizens,
protection of public lands, et cetera, and care only for increasing the
wealth of the wealthy...the list is practically endless. The asshole
Republicans haven't even gotten around to funding the CHIP program. Why
would I need to think further about voting for Republican pond scum?

More Pelosi/Schumer propaganda.

The progressive left complains (correctly) about how far right the GOP
has become since Eisenhower, who today would be considered a moderate
Democrat.

But the progressive left ignores (wrongly) about how far left the Dems
have become since the days of JFK, who today would be considered a
moderate Republican.

And BAO wonders why the divide is widening.

I noticed in your screed, that you mentioned 'health, welfare, environment safety of its citizens'

Well, Look who is the head of the local governments of the most crime infested, low unemployed, worst infrastructure, highest debt and most on welfare.

The majority of leadership isn't made up of 'republican pond scum'

I don't know where you got that idea. I have stated here
many times that the gap is narrowing.
As old cracker reactionaries die off, the gap narrows more.
We've made a lot of progress.
It's a much better America that when I was a kid.
And I've more than once said it'll all come out in the wash.
Common sense always prevails in America - eventually.
That's why Trump's approval rating is in the tank.

No, Trump's approval rating is in the tank due to over a year's worth
of progressive liberal propaganda.

Trump is in the tank because of his behavior, his comments, and his

goniff.
