So he sent a nude selfie to his girlfriend. So what? I honestly don't see it as a big deal.

===

Exactly. Poor judgement perhaps in a digital age, but not a big deal.

Exactly. The days of the one off polaroid picture are over. These days
any picture you take could easily end up on the internet and be copied
a million times. Don't take any pictures you don't want on TMZ.

I was just watching a couple of attorneys talking about Barton.
In their opinion the ex-girlfriend could be subject to a misdemeanor
charge in Texas, with up to a year in jail and/or a $4k fine.

There are laws in some states about doing this if
you can prove that you had a reasonable expectation of privacy.

If it is actually illegal in Texas I think a civil suit might be more
devastating for the leaker. It would be easy to prove far more than
$4k in damages.
I really have mixed emotions on this because sending the picture was
the Acme of foolishness in the first place.

But...have we heard from the holier-than-thou evangelical christians
about sending photos of a penis to women?

All of them here seem to agree its disgusting and downright stupid.

The thing is, you play stupid games like that then you can win stupid prizes.

Pretty low judgement concerning conduct imo

I'll go along with stupid!

You leave out one minor fact. Moore has denied it ever happened.
He has never said, nor have any of his supporters said it's "ok".

That's not a personal judgement or conclusion on my part, so relax but
again, it's spreading a dishonest, fake news slant on your part.

You sound like Trump the Moron, who, BTW, has also been accused of child
molestation.

It is a fact Moore has denied it. But one of his preacher buddies said
there was nothing unusual about a 32-year-old man chasing after young
teenaged girls.

I bet that's ok with you Trump apologists, too. And when you claim you
are not a Trump apologist, you sound like Moore.
