Poor judgement perhaps in a digital age, but not a big deal. Exactly. The days of the one off polaroid picture are over. These days any picture you take could easily end up on the internet and be copied a million times. Don't take any pictures you don't want on TMZ. I was just watching a couple of attorneys talking about Barton. In their opinion the ex-girlfriend could be subject to a misdemeanor charge in Texas, with up to a year in jail and/or a $4k fine. There are laws in some states about doing this if you can prove that you had a reasonable expectation of privacy. If it is actually illegal in Texas I think a civil suit might be more devastating for the leaker. It would be easy to prove far more than $4k in damages. I really have mixed emotions on this because sending the picture was the Acme of foolishness in the first place. But...have we heard from the holier-than-thou evangelical christians about sending photos of a penis to women? All of them here seem to agree its disgusting and downright stupid. But child molestation is ok, according to some evangelical preachers in Alabama. |

He has never said, nor have any of his supporters said it's "ok". That's not a personal judgement or conclusion on my part, so relax but again, it's spreading a dishonest, fake news slant on your part. |

You sound like Trump the Moron, who, BTW, has also been accused of child molestation. It is a fact Moore has denied it. But one of his preacher buddies said there was nothing unusual about a 32-year-old man chasing after young teenaged girls. I bet that's ok with you Trump apologists, too. And when you claim you are not a Trump apologist, you sound like Moore. |
