Default Question about a Mariner 250

Hello, I have a 1990 Mariner 250. I am trying to figure out why the tell
tale stream does not put out a healthy stream at idle. My temp on the engine
stays in the lower portion and I have pulled out the thermostats and the
passages are clean. does anyone else have this engine and if so, can you
give me your expirence with your cooling system?

Thanks
Chad

Maybe time for a new impeller. My 15hp mariner gets the pee hole clogged at
times. Is a very small hole.

Default Question about a Mariner 250

I have a 140hp Suzuki and thought I had a good tell tale until I had it
professionally serviced and a new Water Pump/ Impeller put in....the tell
tale now shoots half way across my drive on muffs at tickover!!!
