Hi All,

I had a new issue pop up this year when I took the boat out for the
first time. Actually, its when I went to load it back on the trailer.

For some reason, it won't winch up level. No matter how many times or
how carefully I reposition her and try again, it always loads up listing
to starboard, which of course pulls everything of center and doesn't sit
right on the rollers at the front of the trailer.

The rear rollers all fit tight against the hull when its listing. But
if me and a buddy straighten out the boat and reseat it level (I lift up
on one side, he pushes from the other), all the rollers STILL fit tight.

At first I thought I could just raise the starboard side rollers to keep
that side raised, but after thinking about it, it would push everything
off center towards port, OR would raise the entire boat so the front
rollers no longer touch.

So, knowing that I over think things, I figure somebody here must have
gone through re configuring a roller trailer and could give me some
pointers on what rollers I should be concentrating on.

Thanks!

Can't be of much help but one thing popped into my mind as I ttied to
mentally imagine your problem. I'd check and make sure both of the
roller assemblies (the rail they are mounted on) and the rollers
themselves are straight, meaning one of them is not cocked slightly and
is "steering" the hull in one direction.

That is my thinking too. Also be sure they are all rolling free and
that they are not "flat" on one side

They do roll freely, but it never crossed my mind to check for a flat
spot. I can see how that would create a drag on one side.

Am I right in thinking that the roller arms on each side of the
trailer should be the same height and angle from the frame?
