That was my grandson's graduation from USCG boot camp. He's saluting his Dad (my son-in-law). It's kinda a cool tradition ... if your father or another family member is a Veteran, they invite the vet to return the salute. My son-in-law was Navy. Very cool tradition. Don't think the Army has anything like it...that I've heard of anyway. |

This 529 thing is nice because I can make a contribution and then give them the receipt as a Christmas gift. As owner, I retain control of how the money gets spent. One grandson started Virginia Tech this year, so it's come in handy already. |
