I don't know...as I said, "I don't pay much attention to the
Association...it's not intrusive." Here's an idea: why not ask me again,
and get the same answer.

In other words, you just live there. Ownership would certainly imply
knowledge of deed restrictions, etc.

His wife owns the house. He still owes money...
