Probably auto repair as new will not much be sold. Grain futures? Pork bellies? Where else to invest without expecting doom? Auctioning property & assets? Buying what? 60 Minutes had a segment on in which overpriced condos in south Florida were featured. These were condos on the beach that had sold for $2 million or more, and now were on the market for half that or less. Once they drop to $250,000, I'm going to buy one! A friend of mine bought such a condo in Bal Harbour the last time the condo market there crashed. He paid $100,000 or so for a really nice two bedroom unit in a first class high rise right on the beach. His building is fully occupied, and the last I heard, you couldn't touch those units for less than a million, even in today's market. Nice cross posing Dude. alt.machines.cnc, misc.survivalism, rec.crafts.metalworking, alt.politics.republicans, alt.politics, alt.impeach.bush, alt.politics.republican, alt.usenet.kooks, rec.boats |
