He was holed up in a creek right near the NC/SC line last night. Right
now he is in St James Plantation Marina, south of Wilmington.

It looks like Bonnie is still pretty much tracking him up the coast,
the radar shows a lot of rain and if you look at the wind map, you
see another fairly well developed low off the coast of NJ.

They are on the move again. He passed Wilmington and headed out to sea
on a direct course to Point Lookout, east of Morehead city. The
weather must have cleared up a bit. Radar shows the remnants of Bonnie
off of the outer banks and moving north slowly. I doubt he will catch
it if they lay over tonight.
