I never really looked at the route you have to take to get from Albany to the lake but it is a very winding path. For some reason, I always thought they just dug a canal from Albany to Oswego or something. I see now they take advantage of a lot of natural waterways. |

I suppose if you do not have the intellectual curiosity to actually find out things about the route that you did not know, it is boring. I know several things about the Atlantic ICW and the Erie canal that I did not know before. |

Oh, I thought there were videos or snapshots attached, and that I just didn't see any because I was using a Mac, and I was just seeing dots...I guess I got spoiled by my Apple "friend" app, which gives me an aerial map of where my friends are and also shows movement on the map. There is a google earth picture there if you click on it but you could also do a little research on your own to answer any questions you have. My question really was whether my Mac wasn't passing through videos and such. It was just a passing thought, as I am not particularly interested in The Voyages of Wayne. |

I've motorboated, canoed, and kayaked on the Hudson and decades ago, took a ride on Pete Seeger's Hudson restoration sloop, the Clearwater. |
