Default Getting ready for new boat

Had the driveway pavers here for an estimate to rip up the old driveway and replace with new base and asphalt top.
That should help make backing the boat in a big smoother.
Brother-in-law knows the owner so we feel we can trust them and they are a member of the BBB.
There are a number of fly by night paving companies in the area so I've been reluctant to go through the process until now.

I noticed asphalt was very popular up there. I went with concrete when
I lived in Md because it is better if you are working on your car. I
heard it was not as stable but on a good substrate and properly cured
it will last forever.
Down here I would not even consider it.

Is the driveway going to be any wider?

Heh. Same here. Doing a new circular drive in concrete. Have to take down about 14 trees.

Bet you'd laugh at the quote for mine. Of course it's only a small fraction of your square footage.

I'd have to tear down the neighbour's unused planter boxes and encrouch on their property.
That said it will be about 2 feet wider from the sidewalk to my foundation (maybe 25-30 feet)

Not anymore. I kissed the 1000 ft long, 16 ft wide driveway over a
month ago. It was due to be repaved as well. Glad I am not paying for it.
