It has the possibility of also being the strangest. It may be the

than one EC vote.

Doubtful, especially if the GOPer nominee is Trump or Cruz, perhaps the
two biggest hate-filled and lying assholes to ever run for that
nomination and office. Bernie is doing a good job with the
non-secret-ballot caucus states, but not so well in the secret ballot
states, and there are a number of big ones coming up shortly. I can't
see Bernie winning New York, Pennsylvania, or California

If Trump is denied the nomination, I still think he'll run as an Indy,
even if it is apparent he won't be on the ballot in enough states to
win. He will help destroy the GOP nominee, though, which would be fine
with me.

You like him because he calls himself a democrat but he was a better
big business republican than GHW or Dole would have been.
The only real prosperity in the 90s was what showed up on corporate
bottom lines and a stock bubble. It was spun as being good for you and
me. It was phony profits based on selling off capital, offshoring jobs
and down sizing, not actual revenue growth. A significant part of
those profits were simply fraud.

I've seen your comment about the "5th Bush Admin" about 150 times now.

I haven't seen you actually refute it tho.

The Bushes call Bill the 4th Bush brother and if you stand back and
look at the policies, nothing has really changed much since Reagan
left office. The rhetoric is different but at the end of the day, we
are still doing most of the same things. To find differences, you need
to look at fairly insignificant fluff like gay marriage ... that Bill
was against. Hillary is going to be another wall street president and
you will make excuses for her just like you do for Bill, all the time
griping about banksters.

It is interesting that you always say I am wrong about things but you
don't seem to be able to say what part was wrong.
If both candidates are basically bought and paid for by the same
special interests, why shouldn't I cast a protest vote. Maybe, some

Yeah, we have one of those loser assholes running for federal office
around here...his minibillboards says we should vote for him because his

I agree the DC metro area is a pretty godless place. They are not much
on family values either. DC always ranks #1 or #2 in per capita
alcohol consumption, drug use and unwed birth in most surveys.

The reality is that *every* place is a godless place, if you are
referring to the presence of an actual deity.

And didn't we once discover your county has a higher crime rate than
mine, and one might extrapolate that means more booze and drug use, too.
As for unwed birth rates, Florida's is right below DC's, and Maryland's
is lower than both. I would guess the rate in my county is lower than in
your county.

Urban sprawl has made most of suburban Maryland pretty much
indistinguishable from DC.
My ex seriously considered moving back to her old house on South
Dakota avenue and selling the Clinton house because DC was a better
neighborhood.

If you separate unincorporated Lee County from Ft Myers, I would take
that bet. Ft Myers has the same problems as most big cities and it is
concentrated in 2 neighborhoods. I will not dwell on that, lest I be
called names. We are getting some new problems since the housing crash
because slumlords scooped up a bunch of cheap properties in Lehigh and
areas of the Cape. They are now cheap rentals. That is still pretty
far from me.

Most of Suburban Maryland is more than parts of PG and Monty County.
Further there are many areas of PG that are rural or upscale and are very
nice. We live in suburban Maryland and enjoy a relatively low crime rate.
