It is a pretty sad affair when the FBI can't go to Apple with a
properly prepared warrant and get them to open that terrorist's phone
.... quietly.
How did this get to be such a public ****ing match?
Do they really want the government to give this to NSA and have them
hack it? Then the government would know the trick. I would think it
would be better for Apple to just give the phone and the password back
to the FBI and everyone shut up about it. The FBI could still say
Apple refused and come up with another story about the data, if there
is any there at all.
