...John Herring is a Repubican.

The Virginia GOP is pushing a bill that require schools to make sure
that children are using the restroom corresponding to their “correct
anatomical sex” — something that takes South Dakota state Representative
Roger Hunt’s call for “genital inspections” before children are allowed
to play sports to a whole new level. One in ten students reports sexual
abuse at the hands of an educator between kindergarten and the end of
high school — but in Virginia, we can expect this number to increase
dramatically with a “free pass” being given to teachers to look at
children’s private parts anytime they need to pee.

House Bill 663, introduced by *Republican* Delegate Mark Cole, says that:

Local school boards shall develop and implement policies that
require every school restroom, locker room, or shower room that is
designated for use by a specific gender to solely be used by individuals
whose anatomical sex matches such gender designation.

“Anatomical sex” is defined in the bill as “the physical condition of
being male or female, which is determined by a person’s anatomy.” If it
becomes law, any student violating these downright creepy rules would be
fined $50 — though schools are given some leeway to allow students to
use a “single stall restroom or shower” or have “controlled” access to
an unoccupied restroom (yes, this means they would have a state-mandated
“bathroom buddy” any time they wish to use the restroom). And, as civil
rights advocate Tim Peacock points out, this means someone would have to
physically inspect the child’s genitals:

This is what the conservative movement has devolved into: forcing
children to allow adults to examine their genitals out of misplaced fear
that transgender kids and adults might commit a hypothetical
never-before-seen act of violence or sexual aggression (that would still
be against the law with or without transgender protections).

The bill will also allow law enforcement to fine anyone who uses a
public restroom that does not correspond to their “anatomical sex.”

I suspect a number of Republicans will soon be applying for those school
restroom guardian jobs...

Talk about Krausescheiße!

This one takes the cake. It exemplifies stupidity, although the author is not stupid.
Must be something else.

It exemplifies a disturbed and twisted mind. I think we all kind of
knew that but now Harry is documenting it for the record. It will
help with his pending certification.

It has to be a mind problem. There is no where else he could come up with his crap.

Gosh, I guess I forgot to attach the URL. Well, I can't find that one,

One thing surely is consistent...the utter stupidity of the
right-wingers in .wrecked.bloats...led these days by John Herring, aka
John the Racist.

Back to name-calling. You keep regressing.

The very fact that Virginia might be doing something as stupid as what
is described speaks wonders about the backwardness of the state's GOP.

You think nobody will have a problem with a guy in the girl's room, no
matter what he is wearing?

Well, as of this cycle Virginia is 19 D and 21 R And a D Gov. so things have slightly changed, but still...

I'm beginning to agree with Richard.

He's a very likable sport, Wayne. And that goes for you too, my friend.
