Should be more careful. Harder to heal at our advanced years. Unfortunately will do dumb stuff. I used the power planer to grind on the pointer finger about 6 months ago. Instead of putting the little piece in the vise, held it in my hand. Piece went flying, and drug finger in to the portable planer. |

I've had some near misses using a router table, even when using push sticks and a fence. |
