number of personnel, the amount of armament, et cetera, and the nearly
10 years of large-scale warmaking we devoted to the effort.

Pure "force" does not win that sort of war. It is the same in the case
of ISIS. There is nothing we could bomb or no territory that we could
take that would eliminate an idea that really lives on the internet.
That is where the neocons, D and R are just wrong.
