Douglas Lake looks like it would be a good fishing hole. Standing in the campground I could see some big 'somethings' rolling in the water. Looked like big rockfish, but could have been bass, I suppose. Do you take a boat with you, or have one there? Beautiful lake, although the water was down quite a bit. I was told they lower the water every year in the fall. Don't know why. -- Ban idiots, not guns! |

Did you at least get some fudge from one of the 20 stores that sell it? I haven't been there in many years but I'm sure if it's changed it's not for the better.
